How It Works

The Fan Experience is designed as a manual request process. A fan may request a personalized digital image connected to a selected Penabeat artist/persona.

Manual Review

Every request is reviewed manually before any image is prepared. Uploaded photos are not published automatically and are not added to public galleries.

Age Confirmation

Fan Experience requests require confirmation that the requester is 18 years of age or older.

Photo Consent

If a photo upload is provided, it may be used only for the requested personalized digital fan image and not for unrelated purposes.

Current Status

The Fan Experience request form will be enabled after mail delivery and privacy settings are fully reviewed.
