If you contact Penabeat by email or through a future contact form, the submitted information may be used only to respond to your inquiry, manage platform verification, handle business communication, or address catalog, copyright, Content ID, licensing, or distribution matters.

Fan Experience Requests

If you submit a Fan Experience request in the future, Penabeat may process your name, email address, selected artist/persona, message, and optional uploaded photo only for the purpose of reviewing your request, preparing the requested personalized digital fan image manually, and contacting you about the request.

Optional Photo Uploads

Uploaded photos will not be published automatically and will not be used for marketing, public galleries, social media, model training, or unrelated purposes without separate explicit approval.

Data Retention

Uploaded photos will be deleted after the request is completed, or within 30 days at the latest, unless longer retention is required for legal or dispute-resolution purposes.
